The 5 Best Cooling Pads for 13 Inch Laptops and Ultrabooks in 2026, Ranked & Reviewed

Our verdict: Five fans, five height settings and a 12-month warranty in a pad that fits 13 inch laptops.

The AIMIUZI covers 12 to 15.6 inch laptops with five fans, one small and four large, five height settings and a 12-month warranty. It costs under $25.

The 12 to 15.6 range suits a 13 inch machine without excess overhang, and the mixed fan sizes aim at different vent positions. Five heights give more ergonomic choice than the two-level slim pads, and the warranty is rare at this price. It wins because it balances all of those for the lowest tier.

Buy it if you want adjustable height and a warranty on a 13 inch laptop. Skip it if you want the slimmest possible pad.

Our verdict: A slim pad sized for 11 to 14 inch laptops, with two blue LED fans and a metal mesh top.

The Coolertek fits 11 to 14 inch laptops, so a 13 inch machine sits in the middle of its range. It has two blue LED fans, a metal mesh surface and two height levels, and costs under $25.

It places second because it is the only pad sized in proportion to a 13 inch laptop, so it stows in a sleeve or bag easily. Two fans move less air than five, but a 13 inch ultrabook rarely needs more. The two height levels limit your ergonomic choice.

Buy it if you travel and want a compact pad. Skip it if you need many height settings.

Our verdict: Seven height settings and two independent fan groups, with a phone holder and dual USB ports.

The LIANGSTAR has six fans arranged in independent groups, seven height settings, a phone holder and dual USB ports, and fits 12 to 17 inch laptops. It costs under $25.

The range stretches well beyond 13 inches, so the pad overhangs a small laptop, but you gain the widest height adjustment here and the option to run only half the fans. For typing at the right angle, seven heights beat two.

Buy it if ergonomic height matters more than a tight size match. Skip it if you want a compact pad.

Our verdict: Three fans at 1200 RPM, USB powered with no adapter, in a middle-ground slim design.

The TECKNET has three fans at 1200 RPM, two height settings and USB power with no adapter, and fits 12 to 17 inch laptops. It costs $25 to $50.

It sits mid-pack because its range is oversized for a 13 inch laptop and the price tier is higher than the budget picks, with fewer heights. What you get is a slim, simple pad that offers solid airflow without a dial to fiddle with.

Buy it if you want a no-fuss pad. Skip it if you want more height options or a lower price.

Our verdict: Five fans with selectable modes, six height settings and a dual USB hub.

The Kootek offers five fans with selectable modes, six height settings and a dual USB hub for 12 to 17 inch laptops. It costs under $25.

The selectable modes let you run one, four or five fans, which is a good way to trade noise for cooling. It ranks last because a 13 inch laptop does not need that much coverage, and the larger body takes more room on a small desk.

Buy it if you want fan coverage and a USB hub. Skip it if you want a compact setup.
